Arabian Desert Scene by Lehnert and Landrock

  • This is a desert scene with one Arabian man on a camel and two others nearby. It is marked at the lower right with the symbol LLT, standing for Lehnert and Landrock of Tunis, Tunisia. Those were the names of two men who took many photographs of Northern Africa in the early 1900's. Under their logo is a number that looks like 2048, although the frame partially covers it.

It is in a carved wood frame painted a deep red and gold. It has older glass, a dust cover, and wire for hanging.
