This is a small version of Cupid Awake and Asleep. The original of these two cupids was done in 1897 by M.B. Parkinson. Each is marked with that information. These two are under an indented matting, embellished with two hearts pierced by a gold arrow, along with a red ribbon.
The oval frame is metal painted a cream color. It has glass, a cardboard backing with all 8 hooks, and a little string for hanging.
