This is a group of four small cards that have been framed under an indented matting. I did clean the glass inside and the back of the cards were visible. They are from the U.S. Playing Card Company in Cincinnati and were advertising the WSAI broadcasting station. The company was in business in the 1920's. The four cards, starting at the left, are Wong the dog, Butterfly, an Art Deco lady, and another dog named Toots.
It is in an attractive carved red and gold wood frame. It has glass, a cardboard backing, and a newer wire for hanging.
