Water slide transfers, circa the 1920-30s. Though undated, the childrens' clothing suggests it is from the early part of the 20th century. The decals are of both boys and girls of various ages, playing games and holding books.
These were originally from a book, as a staple may be seen on the lower left. One page with areas cut out, the scene in the lower right corner has is separate from the rest, but fits back neatly together. The background has browned with age; the figures are in faded colors. The front is fairly shiny and the back is matte.
It is not known whether these will work as originally intended for decals, but the paper would make a nostalgic piece of artwork, as a whole or cut into smaller scenes for framing.
