I took a quick glance at it, it's a great blog! I changed the category though cause it seems like a great resource for information and inspiration!
Lilly Blue,

Thanks for sharing that blog. I love it and it is very interesting. Now I have to find time go and read some of the past ones!

What a great blog! And the writer Susan, has a very engaging style -- not to mention funny wit! For example...

The button became a work of art created for the aristocracy, and laws were passed prohibiting the peasants from buying the...... So, the button became the Prada of the 13th century.

And I just had to crack up over this one ...

The Puritans condemned the button in the 16th century, and you know how fashionable their clothes looked!

So fun to read yet informative! Thank you for posting the link. :)

Glad you enjoyed it. Susan is one of the most generous woman I have met on the internet. She just loves to teach. She shares her knowledge for the sheer joy of sharing. Her prices are wonderful but she does not sell on line. She has a b and m. She just posted about a great Mc Coy buy and I wept. I love Mc Coy but she is on the east coast and I am on the west. Mondays at The Dutch Rose are always fun.
very nice blog. Thanks for the link!
Thanks so much for sharing Susan's blog--it's delightful! I have saved it in my favorites so that I can read it at leisure. I also hope to check her shop out since I live in southeastern PA, only a few hours away from Cape May!

Very nice blog ~ I have found myself spending hours looking at other peoples blogs, learning wonderful things and meeting just as wonderful people. I love buttons so this was of particular interest to me! Thanks!
Thank you, Lilli, for sharing that with us. I probably have at least one of everything she wrote about. From hankies, to milk glass, christmas ornaments, antique postcards.... the list goes on and on. I have saved Susan's blog to my favorites, and, like you, will look forward to reading it every monday morning.
I really enjoyed her blog. I've bookmarked it, too, and I'll look in again. Thanks!
