Holt Howard?

Hi Everyone!  This is my first post here on Vintage Village.  I hope you'll forgive me if I make any mistakes in doing so.  

I came across a Holt Howard Santa bell today and in my research saw that he/they made ceramic angels very similar to a pair I am selling on my etsy.  Are they Holt Howard?
