Introducing "Flipping Vintage" with Mitzi
Hi Everyone!
For those of you who do not already know Mitzi, aka Vintage Goodness and The Vintage List, she is now a contributing writer to The Vintage Village, adding articles and info about the subject of "flipping vintage" and related topics.
This new category in our forums will possibly include podcasts in the future where you can call in and talk with Mitzi and others about your stories in the industry.
Mitzi has lots of subject matter to talk about and is also here to answer questions. You can suggest topics you would like to see in the future and also possibly be part of a future podcast... :)

I am very excited! Mitzi and I have been talking about doing podcasts for a long time and we are anxious to know if this is something you are all interested in doing.
Podcasts are a great way to expand and get the word out about our industry and if folks would like to participate in the future someday, let us know here. :)
Mitzi will begin a new thread if there is enough interest and we can discuss from that point what it would all entail etc.,
This new category will be a mix of things and the podcasts are something that has to be created yet, but before Mitzi goes through actually creating an entire show, we want to be sure it's something you would like to see. If not then this will just be a series of discussions and links to her articles etc.,

I also want to point out for anyone who doesn't know this, that you can find Mitzi's new category by going to the tab browser, then click on the tab that says Discussion Category.
This will take you to ALL of the categories and make searching for Mitzi easier. :)

Terrific blog, Mitzi! Your story sounds rather like mine, actually. I was let go from my job in spring of 2010 and I am assiduously trying to focus on building my vintage business, too! I have found my passion--from the hunt, to the research, to the writing. Quite honestly, I don't think I could work for a law firm again;) I just subscribed to your blog and am very much looking forward to reading it on a regular basis!!
