Items getting moved to the Back Room

I just noticed that some of my items have migrated to the Back Room without my assistance. I noticed it first in my Ruby Plaza shop - about 7 or 8 items. When I checked Ruby Lane there were 2 there as well. Has anyone else had this happen? Any idea why it might happen?

yup did a power update when they first starting migrating to the backroom without permission and yup double check whenever modify is done to ensure it is set to 5 years, unlimited views and LEAVE item in my shop

after those sold items were removed without my permission I got to be VERY careful about those settings!

I just retrieved an item from the backroom on RP - double checked and it was set to unlimited views, and leave in my shop. It seems to have gotten worse for me since I started moving a number of items from RL to RP.

Something is wrong if the settings are correct they need to look into this and fix the problem.

Seems ok so far today, especially as I moved a bunch of items from RL to RP yesterday...here's hoping whatever glitch it was is fixed!

Hi, I did a little testing in my shop, double checked my settings and moved items back and forth between the two shops and it 'appeared' to work just fine. I do think I would do a power update (if you use the same settings for all your items) and then check several items to make sure they updated and then check the same ones tomorrow. I think the other thing we have to careful of is the default setting when adding a new item or moving an item to RP/RL Make sure it didn't get changed by accident.

If you find that you do have a problem send it to customer support. Make sure you include the inventory numbers of the items you checked before and after, so they can view the history of the item.

That is about all I know to do.

I just found 2 more today. Both were set to 5 years/unlimited views. I left them there and sent CS an email about it. It really is strange that it keeps happening so much in RP. It has happened a couple of times in RL, but I'm seeing at least one or two items every day in RP. I don't have a lot of items there yet so if I don't stay on top of it, the whole shop will end up in the back room!

I emailed CS about this and they forwarded the issue to Tech. They are now telling me that it is resolved and shouldn't happen again. They didn't explain what the issue was, but they did say that it was specific to my shop and not a general problem, so if anyone else is having this issue you may need to contact CS and get them to investigate.

That is weird!

Mine have stopped migrating without permission, so I had thought the issue was fixed

It really is strange. It only seems to be happening in Ruby Plaza and it is at least one or two items every day or so.

Well, it is happening for me on RL as well and that really is not ok as I am paying to display my items there! Found 2 in backroom on RL and 4 on RP today.

I just sent in another report to CS. And yes, I have double checked that all my items are set to 5 years, unlimited views and keep in my Shop

I guess I just have to check daily now.
