Hi Anne

I have found that can happen on weekend evenings. Just keep trying and it should come back up. I have found it usually isn't PayPal per se but usually USPS website updating and so not connecting

I get that sometimes.  Usually I just try again and it works.

So many times when that happens, I find by clicking a different link I get right into the shipping label.

Yes, I usually just try again and it works.  No biggie.  But these next few days, be patient as this storm out East could cause trouble for everyone.

Thanks everyone for your insights.

I found out the problem, my client forgot two letters in her address so it was being refused.

You would think that then it would not say  'shipping is not available' maybe more like 'please confirm address'
