Please help with 70s style maxi dress. Made in Germany?

Hi. I am unable to find out any info on this 70s style halter maxi dress. Label (that appears to be in German)reads: CREATION FEE "ein modell der fresh generation desodorierend" with a # 38 on fabric label. Definite vintage style but unsure if it is indeed vintage based on that label. Feels like designer quality. I've never seen this label before. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Thanks for the tip. I forgot about the VFG. But was not sure it was actually vintage. It resembles a Pucci-esque style print but the label is confusing me. Hopefully someone will know. Thanks!

The label looks vintage to me, as does the print and stitching that I can see - 38 is a very common European size, it was deffinatly used back in the 70s 0 you see the stitching that sits below the breasts and points towards them? That is very 60s to early 70s - For sure run it by the VFG, I'm still kindof new, but I'm thinking its authentic - and AMAZING!!
