I am a true magazine junkie and just went through my stash...another suggestion (more crafty/primitive stuff, but still, an ad is an ad;):

Country Sampler - http://www.sampler.com/Advertise/

I just checked Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion and that, too, is not being published (or won't be) and sounds like neither is Country Home!!:( -- http://www.maryengelbreit.com/archives/627

I purchased a few copies of this magazine, Somerset LIFE, and enjoy it a lot (looks like you need to call or email them):
