Thanks, very helpful.  I'm going to review my 2 shop's timelines with this new information to see how I can improve them.  I find the Timeline format very confusing and busy, maybe this will help sort things out on my business pages.

Might as well, I did it as soon as they said about the changes. I like being in some sort of control, not much but some lol. As the saying goes "It only hurts for a little while"--- :)

It's so much information and so much to try and wrap your head around that it's almost like FaceBook is a whole other creature now.

They basically started over IMO.

I read through the eBook three times already and parts of it still have not sunk in.... lol :)
