So I am getting the gist of it now.

Tip: Click directly on the pictures below if it's too hard to make out and it will open in a new window

The Timeline page (the part that looks like a book with a spine down the middle) is an account of YOUR Timeline. Things you do. Others can reply to posts you have there.

There is also a small APP on that Timeline page, as pictured above on the right, that shows you that someone has posted to your News feed. It's a Highlight, the short version of what is in your news feed {Posts by others}

The News Feed ( when you click on the Home Icon to the right on the top of the page) shows you posts from other Fan Pages that you have liked but in full detail

So there are essentially two sections.

One is all about you and your business and the other is about Fan Pages you liked.

Here is our new page

Thank you for the ebook - the light still hasn't come on but I'll address it in the morrow.  I must say that when I come across a page that is using it, I immediately leave.  Vintage Village is the only page I've hit the like button for that is in the accursed format.  I'd like to open a can of whoop a** all over the jerk who decided to do the change  (But .... tell me, how do I really feel about it???)

Thanks again, Betsy - old dog who's sick of learning new tricks

Thanks Barb I am checking it out right now!

My goodness! I thought I was doing good just to create the cover photo. I didn't realize there are so many more things to customize. Thanks for this link!

I find the more I use, the more I like it. What I explored today was the Insights. This section will be great for anyone with a business. It really gets into all kinds of data. It's like Google Analytics but their version

That's an interesting eBook; a lot to get used to. I just put a cover photo yesterday so everything looks a bit strange. On my POP goes my Vintage page, I don't see where I can post a link like before. I can post in in the dialogue box, the photo shows up but the URL link shows up too... Is there a way to avoid that?

Also, I have the link to my Etsy shop active. Yesterday there was a refresh button I could click so the newest listings would appear in the shop. Today I just can't find it... Anyone knows where it's hidden?

Thanks a lot! Nicole

I finally figured out how the "My Etsy Shop" works... To view all pages one has to click on an item in the shop. To get new listings to show up in the shop, the shop owner has to click "Themes and Settings" at top of shop's page, then "Refresh your shop's listings".
