I decided to work late tonight doing some updates to items and am finding the pages loading so slowly on both RL & RP. Sometimes timing out! It is making modifying anything near impossible! Anyone else seeing this? I am fast everywhere else on the Net
I do hope this isn't going to be a problem tomorrow for cyberMonday

I would think that is copyright infringement! Where did you find that? Just curious as you quoted my Alexa post? and I only see info related to Ruby Lane there, not that other blog?

Thankfully 2 orders did get through for me on RL yesterday and one on RP today, so am thankful for that but I am seing this slowness on both the admin and when viewing as a customer would.
re Alexa, yes there is a lot of info available there....you see the spead comparison just under the graph.( The graph also shows a traffic dip the last few days, having picked up nicely after the plummet that happened during the server move)
Permalink Reply by Gardenartus Antiques on November 30, 2011 at 2:15pm I poked around and on the right side you will find it there. I found it by going through your link though.

Permalink Reply by Gardenartus Antiques on November 30, 2011 at 3:38pm Great! I hope that it can be resolved peacefully. There is a facebook page but an expanded title for her shop with Ruby Lane being the first part of it.

Permalink Reply by CheriShops - Admin on November 30, 2011 at 7:30pm lol I spoke a bit too soon
been moving stuff from RL to RP and had some slowdowns again.
I use Roadrunner Lightning as my ISP and it really is like that around the Web so when I hit a slowdown I really notice it...but this is way slow sometimes.
I am sure tech must be aware of it and working on it so it will be resolved....just frustrating while it is here...especially at this time of year and when we are hearing it from customers too.

Permalink Reply by Ornaments on November 30, 2011 at 11:24pm I don't know if this is related but I added an item earlier this evening and it still hasn't appeared in my shop and my featuring in that lane is now showing as 'No' (even though the item itself is showing in the list of recently added items). I can pull up the item by using Modify item and it looks fine. This was happening during the upgrade but this is the first time since then that I've had this problem.
