Where Vintage Never Gets Old...

I was wondering if anyone here belongs to any womens business clubs, groups or organizations?

I would like to join one and they all have fees and expect you to attend meetings and such and I am not sure it's worth it.

There is so much to know about running your own small business and if any of you have any background or knowledge and would like to share I would appreciate it. Has it helped you with business in any aspect?

After 34 yrs of business activity, I never joined one.  Maybe that's why I'm not living on an island in the tropics .... but I don't think so really ;)

There is so much camaraderie in the online world that it is very fulfilling and educating and satisfying!

And, my dear friend - you have already created a very amazing "business club" right here!  What we all share, learn and promote is probably the best dang business club I could have ever found! :)

Uh Oh ........ I see another group formation!

Haaaaaa... well I never thought of it that way to be honest but we really are a business club when you put it like that!

There are a couple of groups here in Philly that are associated with the Chamber of Commerce and I think that the main focus is just networking with other business women and finding ways to support each other. They also teach you how to do business loans and apply for grants etc., so for that aspect of it I might investigate, but I was wondering if anyone here has ever gone down that road.
