Where Vintage Never Gets Old...

Hi there,

I blogged at the weekend about my fab finds and purchases at one of the many local flea markets. Feel free to come and take a look at what I found! 'Miss Bea's Flea Market Finds'

I checked out your blog Miss Bea, what a fun day you had. I love the purse.
I am into vintage retro items to and that handbag I have never seen one like that thanks for sharing :)

Oh, neat!  I love the bag and the glass drawer!

As a business card holder--both for art shows and for my vintage sales--I use a crystal dish that I have not been able to identify.  I THINK it's a pickle dish. It's shallow, but long and narrow. Maybe Waterford, knowing my grandmother.

I think using stuff like that for displays is both unique and pretty and can help to demonstrate how vintage is always relevant in some way.

Nice haul!

I did indeed! Nothing better then a peaceful Sunday afternoon trawling through vintage goodies :) Thanks for checking out my blog

It's quite special isn't it! I was amazed when I saw it and very sad to not be able to add it to my own burgeoning bag collection. A bit pricey for me though.

The glass drawer is lovely isn't it. I've found it actually quite a useful little prop for photographing my jewellery and I think things like that are perfect for displaying items. I always pay the most attention to stands that think a little outside the box for their displays. It shows something a little special. Your crystal dish sounds interesting.
