Permalink Reply by Vintage Jewelry Chest on March 26, 2012 at 11:11am I sell some of my (sadly) damaged vintage jewelry to the artists on Etsy. I always wish I could see the end result, whether they have decided to repair it or incorporate it into a new design. I know for myself I'm often looking for single earrings. Sometimes I keep one that is exceptional in hopes of one day finding a match:D
I have so many beautiful one piece earrings with names that I have no match to. Do I just list them one by one on here or do I take one photo with the name next to it and let members tell me what they want. I have held on to these just hoping that I would come across it - but I doubt this is ever going to happen. So this would be a great way to help out my fellow jewelry lovers out there.

Permalink Reply by PenniLea's Vintage Places on July 24, 2012 at 8:45am I have a FABULOUS garnet red bib necklace that I have been looking to repair with a couple missing beads. They are really dark red with an AB coating 7mm. Can't find anything like it. Is there a thread here for this type of missing "orphaned part", Is there anywhere I can show a pic?? Or even get advice on how to repair?
Thanks, Penni :)

Penni, your need to repair piece is what I have a bunch of also. Surely someone on the Vintage Village does a good job at repairing jewelry. There is a difference on how it is done though.

Permalink Reply by DLSpecialties on November 29, 2012 at 2:24pm Greetings, I have photographed some of my orphaned and repair pieces. Here is the link to the album. If you are interested in any of the pieces please contact DLSpecialties and title it TVV orphan jewelry.. Hope someone finds a long lost match.
I have taken multiple images of each item so you should see front, back, stones and condition.
