Is this it?

Cherry Blossom in the shape of five "M". Mark sub-contracted to independent companies making porcelain for the USA Market, by the Nippon Toki Kasha Company (Noritake Company). Date: c 1924.

Thanks everyone, I found it it is actually a cherry blossom and it's noritake... :)
