Where Vintage Never Gets Old...

Can't get my Ruby Lane or Ruby Plaza shops to open? Anyone else having problems? I get the message Internet Explorer can't display the webpage.

They do appear to be down; I've been getting the same messages.  :-(
Mine just now came up, thank goodness.
Same here!  I can't get in either.  It did work okay earlier this morning.
And now it seems to be back up ...
Nope, it just went down again. Guess I won't be adding new items today.

Now they're timing out on me (again)...

Nope, wait, they're back up (again).

If anyone's working on listings on either site, I would recommend doing them in a document you can cut/copy/paste from, rather than potentially lose your work...

Having the same problem.

Hi folks,

Is this still an issue?

I use Mozilla as my browser. Everything looks good.

I checked IE and the pages load but they look a little funky.

So, this appears to be an IE Browser problem.

Once we are aware there are issues with the site that we will need to fix (and it is not a quick fix) you will see a 'message' when you attempt to log into the sites.

I've not (knock on wood) had any more problems.

However, I should add that I use (and thus was having problems on) Mozilla...

Holly

Hi Holly, It could be because I checked it a couple of hours after the problem was posted, so it could have been fixed or fixed itself in the meantime.

Whenever anyone has a problem like this, you should report it to CS. BUT, don't do so immediately. Give it 15 to 30 minutes or so to see if it 'rights' itself. We have CS people available Mon thru Saturday, but someone is usually around on Sundays who 'may' can take a look at the issue.

I use IE but only had problems loading Ruby Lane and Ruby Plaza. Every where else I went was fine.  They are loading fine now.

Found out what caused the 'hick up' -

"Hurricane Electric had a brief power outage this morning at 6:30AM Pacific."

Meaning it effected our servers in California.
