As I'm used to feedback systems, I'm wondering how the correct way is to go about listing customer comments on my RL page. I always check in with my customers after an item has arrived to be sure that they're happy with their purchase. How do I go about using these comments to benefit my shop, i.e. listing them on my "About Us" page. I was just curious about protocol on this topic.
Once again, thanks in advance...the move from etsy to RL is quite different and I'm a neurotic rule follower, so any input is appreciated:)

I modeled mine after seeing how others on RL listed theirs.
You can add them through the 'Edit Shop Info' link. I always ask my customers permission to use their comments and then I let them know when their comment is posted on my page (who doesn't like seeing their words online?). I ask if I can use their first name only or just initials too.
I have yet to have a customer submit a Testimonial for my shop directly to RL, but maybe about 30% will send me an email letting me know they like their pieces.

Happy customers is what we all want. I also do not use their full name and ask permission first.

I get some nice customer comments but wonder if they have to actually email RL for us to get the kudos.

However, I think that they have to write to RL customer service before we actually get a mention in the Customer Kudos. I keep a file of all the nice e-mails I get but have never posted them on my shop pages.
