Hi All, Although I am an old store at RL, I am new at blogging and such. Can't figure out Face Book and don't twitter. This is it! I have two stores; one at RL and one at RP. Both have been doing great until last month. Now they are merely holding their own. I probably have experienced just about every problem or solution since I have had my store open for more than 6 years, so if I can help other than technically, do let me know.
Have any of you experienced photo problems with the new set up? I have. I take photos, delete photes, add new photos and when I view my item in my store, it is just showing the original photos without my changes and this is days or weeks later. Anyone else experiencing this? Just curious. Dodie

Haven't had the photos stay that long, but have had the originals stay a short while - like 10 or 15 minutes before they clear. Especially annoying when I want to delete or add another photo.

It sounds like perhaps cache` has to be cleared by a hard refresh. That always seems to work for me when changes are not showing, including photos :)

I had problems when uploading new photos to an existing auction by modifying the item. Support told me to just go back and open the item as if I were going to modify it, make no changes but go to the bottom and click the modify item button. That forces the picture changes to take effect. Works great!
