When asked by a customer how they could give me good feedback on Ruby Lane, my only answer was to go to "Testimonials" and try from there. Not a good idea as it seemed too complicated if not impossible. So how do they do it?

RL does have a Kudos section and we can put satisfied customers comments in our about me section.
Permalink Reply by Ruby Lane - Carol Augustine on February 9, 2012 at 5:24pm For submitting Testimonials go to the Relax section: http://www.rubylane.com/court/relax.html
Click on the word Testimonials in the large block to the right of the page.
This takes you to the Testimonials page: http://www.rubylane.com/court/testimonials.html
Once there scroll to the bottom, click on Email Ruby Lane:
On the next page select: My Subject is Not Listed (Last item on the list.)
Complete the Email and Send.
After you reviewing this process I have suggested we add 'Testimonial's" to the My Account page and that it has it's own button on the page with the My Subject Not Listed. Of course, this under a 'wish' so even if they like the idea it could be many moons before we see the change/addition.

Funny, that is what I told the woman and her response was "maybe later when I get some time to explore." Her previous emails were so full of praise but not enough to follow the yellow brick road! Guess this is something I should request of the powers that be -a simple button on the front page rather than an obstacle course! Well, at least I can quote her on my home page-I asked her permission.

Again, thank you, Carol. I missed your last paragraph and I see that we are on the same page!
