Interruption in USPS shipping service to Canada

Ruby Lane is showing an error - International shipping not available - when modifying  items with worldwide (Canada included)  shipping.

 

USPS First-Class Mail International Package: Shipping service not available

 

USPS Priority Mail International: Shipping service not available

According to USPS, they're hoping that the Canadian strike will clear up this week.

Here is the USPS link that gives you state by state postal problems areas and closures...if you scroll to the bottom, you'll find all countries and their current shipping status - from both their end and ours.
