Item Relisting?

If an item sells and then is sent back (wrong size)? To relist does it have to have a whole new inventory number to do this? Anyone know. Never had to do this before.

I copied and pasted it as shown above when I was trying to modify it. I don't know how to be any clearer than this.

I went to the item and pushed modify. not delete or remove item from shop.

I had no problem at all relisting it. I appreciate your help Carol but do not think anyone is understanding what I am trying to show or say. When I was trying at first to relist it not once did I ever push or put remove item from shop. Ever. I even got Diane to help me and Becky yesterday. I just wish I knew what happened and why.

I got a reply back from Barbara that the new listing was in my back room and she was easily able to put it in my shop.

I never put it in my backroom so I guess the system threw it back there possibly. It is done and for sale now so....

When adding or modifying an item you have the following options available under How shall we display it?

How shall we display it?

Select one:

Put this item in your shop

Put this item in your backroom

Remember, the system defaults to the same selections from the previous item you added or modified. You will want to double check your selections for each section to make sure they are correct for the item you are currently adding or modifying.

That is probably what happened Carol. It defaulted back to last one in my backroom.
