Ruby Lane's mobile site geared for buyers

I was out all day yesterday so I checked in to Ruby Lane via my Android smartphone a few times and noticed that the site has been formatted for mobile users which is great! As it's first priority should be, it seems to be geared toward buying.

Just want to make sure I am not missing something, but there didn't seem to be an easy way for me to get into my Shop Owners Page on the mobile app. I had to go to 'My Account' which is for buying, get the warning message and then I saw the link for Shop Owners Home page.

Anyone else using the mobile format frequently?

I do...I was surprised the first time I was exposed to it...and like you...it took a few minutes to get the hang of finding my shop page...but I agree...make it easy for the shoppers...Ms. Collectible Shopper is sitting in the passenger seat on a long boring road trip...let's make it easy for her to shop on Ruby Lane...and it appears they have...good move..

I agree the shoppers should be the first priority, but I had been using the site on my iPad and now the shop owners section is really hard to use. Some things I used to be able to do, I can't do anymore. One of the reasons I got the iPad was so that I could do some shop maintenance without being at my computer and now that isn't going to work. Sigh.

Ornaments check to make sure you are in 'mobile view' and not 'full site view'. Carol

Yes, I also saw that it changed and tried to get into my account and couldn't figure out how to do it until I scrolled all the way to the bottom and chose My Account.

Actually, it's mobile view that doesn't seem to work very well. I went back to full site view (missed that before, thanks!) and that seems to work OK.

OK that was going to be my next suggestion, but I would like for you to report to RL CS that mobile view does not work for you when trying to manage your shop. Make sure you give them a couple of examples. Thanks, Carol
