I was out all day yesterday so I checked in to Ruby Lane via my Android smartphone a few times and noticed that the site has been formatted for mobile users which is great! As it's first priority should be, it seems to be geared toward buying.
Just want to make sure I am not missing something, but there didn't seem to be an easy way for me to get into my Shop Owners Page on the mobile app. I had to go to 'My Account' which is for buying, get the warning message and then I saw the link for Shop Owners Home page.
Anyone else using the mobile format frequently?

Permalink Reply by COBAYLEY on August 26, 2012 at 7:56pm I do...I was surprised the first time I was exposed to it...and like you...it took a few minutes to get the hang of finding my shop page...but I agree...make it easy for the shoppers...Ms. Collectible Shopper is sitting in the passenger seat on a long boring road trip...let's make it easy for her to shop on Ruby Lane...and it appears they have...good move..

Some things I used to be able to do, I can't do anymore. One of the reasons I got the iPad was so that I could do some shop maintenance without being at my computer and now that isn't going to work. Sigh.

Yes, I also saw that it changed and tried to get into my account and couldn't figure out how to do it until I scrolled all the way to the bottom and chose My Account.
