Very sloooooooow page loading?

I decided to work late tonight doing some updates to items and am finding the pages loading so slowly on both RL & RP. Sometimes timing out! It is making modifying anything near impossible! Anyone else seeing this? I am fast everywhere else on the Net

I do hope this isn't going to be a problem tomorrow for cyberMonday

I noticed it too and was hoping that it was just my computer and not a problem at Ruby Lane.

Is anyone else timing out this morning on the site? Pages are loading weirdly and can't get into some of the shop pages. Eventually times out. Other sites are clicking along. Please say it isn't so.

Mostly on RP.

An internal server error occurred. Please try again later.

Trying to look at my item counts and very slow but better than earlier so possibly it is getting fixed now.

Took off for the holidays and now catching up. Oyvey.

I just contacted live support about the slowness, tho it does seem much better on RL today than last night

but

I also reported the distorted view of the RTS preview pages...same as happened last time with a loooong line of photos and text in the wrong place etc

sure hope that is a quick fix as so many customers are likely to be previewing it!

I have been trying for almost an hour to add a new item with no luck. I click Add Item and it goes to Please Wait, then back to Add Item. Nothing happens. Then the Problem page comes up. I'm having the same issue with the distorted views of the RTS preview page - a single line of photos. Oh no. What did live support say? Were they aware of any problems?

Nope it seemed that I was the first to report the problems, at least re the RTS distortion, and she did not seem to think any reports of the slowdown had come in. She verified the RTS was distorting for her too

Without flooding them ;-) it is possibly a good idea for others experiencing the slowness to report it as well as then it clearly shows it is widespread.

I too have had problems adding and modifying at both RL & RP during this past weekend. I just thought it was my problem. Glad to know it's not me. Twice I could not get pictures to load at RL. Seemed as if it took forever. One time I walked away & came back an hour later to try. Haven't tried today; got some things to add. Will try very soon.
