Waiting So Long To Enter Manage Items to Modify

With the new postal rates many of my items need to be changed. I have had problems for along time waiting 35-45 seconds or more to get into manage items and after modifying another long wait. I have no problems in any other area of the Plaza. Is this my computer? Only the mange items is very slow! I went to live chat and chatted with Becky.Really no help. Like I already stated this is just manage items and modifying items already in the shop. Not new items in the back room. Anyone else having this slow wait? Any suggestions?

Hi Judy

I have had the problem in Manage Items since the server move. Slower than dial up!!

CS are still trouble shooting this for me but tests suggest it is not my computer or ISP (I get it at work on a diff computer/network as well)

I suggest you write to CS and mark it for attention of Zenna

Thank you Cheri. I didn't think it was my computer. I have had the problem since this new set up. When you have hundreds of items to modify it takes waaaaaaaay to long. It also took waaaaaay to long for live chat to understand the problem this time. I wonder how many others have this slow,,,,waiting .....problem.
