I'm also leery about it bringing sales to my shop, but figure anything that gets my stuff in front of more eyeballs is good.

question...when all of you signed up, did it have to be via either a Facebook or Twitter account? as the invite I received from them gives me only those 2 options to get a Pinterest account.

I do not like to use my personal fb account for anything other than just that...personal! but I don't see a way to sign up via my fb biz page.

So I guess if it has to be one of them, I will have to use Twitter

Well, I used my FB since I don't have twitter - my personal FB doesn't have anything really personal in it and I'm never there anyway. Hate the idea of having to social-network before you can social-network, though.

I used Twitter, for the same reason. I don't like to spam my friends and family on FB. That's what my business page is for!

You have to use either Facebook or Twitter to set up your account, but as soon as you set it up, you can "unlink" them. That's what I did :)

I don't mind my Twitter account being linked, though. I just didn't want FB linked.

If you're looking for the search box that was way over on the left, they seem to have been having problems with it last night. I was trying to find something and kept getting "problem loading page - the connection was reset while the page was loading" messages. Thought it was just my wonky internet connection but the box isn't there this morning so maybe there's a problem on their end.

Yes, I now see on Twitter they have been having problems since last evening, definitely a problem on their end... they say the search bar will be up again soon...

Whew, I thought either I had broke it or Charmings when she liked my post on FB.

This definitely puts a damper on making boards. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I just joined this busy group and will be looking at your links and following; Pinterest is a new thing for me: just started a few days ago and like it a lot. I had to shorten my shop name: too many letters, just like on Twitter:
