Here's mine for 2Hearts Jewelry/D'Anne Brownell. I mostly have vintage jewelry plus other boards of personal interest: travel, books, food, home improvement:
Permalink Reply by 2Hearts Uptown @Ruby Lane on May 9, 2012 at 12:06pm I do see some Pinterest as a google analytics visitor source. It definitely seems that the key to success as to build a follower base, as then all their followers also see it, etc - a marketing version of the pyramid scheme. Hard to tell about sales, since so many visitors come directly from google or from Ruby Lane internal searches (Pinterest as a source is, so far, a tiny fraction of the other two).
I do make a point of pinning other people's photos in all the various categories that interest me. I am having fun pinning photos from others of places in the world I've been to - didn't realize the extent to which I've gotten around! Off to the coast of Maine next month - a place I've never been before.

I have found that few of mine get there.
Have to wonder if it is too much self promoting
I was curious about Daisy saying Pinterest had increased traffic and generated some sales for her ????
Would love for that to happen for me
Sales have been very slow lately

Permalink Reply by Jan Story on May 9, 2012 at 12:43pm I don't really follow analytics, but I have sold some "old dogs" after putting them on Pinterest. Though sometimes I get so distracted pinning "fun stuff" that I don't get my listings promoted!

Permalink Reply by Out Of The Attic 2u on May 11, 2012 at 10:43am Yeah me too! I pin everyone's stuff but mine. Its okay though I don't mind promoting others, its a good thing!

Permalink Reply by White Deer Trading Post on June 5, 2012 at 1:32am Hi I have a page at http://pinterest.com/kokoek9/
but I don't see how it can be used to promote a store

Permalink Reply by Waalaa on June 5, 2012 at 1:35am You can add a board that features items from your shop, or create a board that has similar items and add some of your own, as well. I have a board on mine where I post newly listed items, but I have other boards for all kinds of other things. I get quite a bit of traffic to my shops from Pinterest.
We even have a Pinterest page for our Etsy jewelry team where each of us post items.
