Hi , I have a two pieces of Northwood glass in the pattern of Alaska.
The color is Aqua blue or some call it Sapphire blue. My question is this: The creamer top rim is Opalescent but it doesn't go all the way around the edges, one edge is missing the opalescent. Does this affect the value of the piece / is this common ? Secondly, what I thought was a sugar bowl is being called a "Spooner" in a listing I found on ebay. I appreciate any help and I thank you too ! Beth

Take everything you read in an Ebay listing with a pinch of salt (as you're obviously doing by double checking the info :) )
imho the piece you have is a sugar bowl, it is the same size as the creamer (spooners are usually taller from my experience) and it has sloping sides, this would be awkward for the spoons to sit in and they'd probably fall out when not packed in tightly. Most spooners I've seen have had straightish sides.
