I need some interesting recipes or ideas for a good health shake for breakfast

It can't be too sweet I am diabetic and it can have soy milk for a base ... I love soy milk... :)

We've just been whirling up fresh or frozen fruit with 2% milk and my girls love it. I also have used low-fat yogurt with fruit and then topped it all with granola. Can't think of too many other things to throw together beyond the fruit and soy milk that would be healthy. I'll be looking for some new ideas, though!
I wonder if I could add fresh Ginger, I know that helps inflammation doesn't it?
