The Vintage Village

Where Vintage Never Gets Old...

Does anyone here collect novelty vintage clothing?

I recently found a Coca Cola scarf. I have a book on Coca Cola items but it is from 2001. The scarf is from 1948 according to the book and worth $100. in 2001.

Has Coca Cola vintage kept its value or gone up I guess is my ?

Seems like there are still quite a lot of people that collect the stuff.

Thanks for any help on this.

That is really neat. I haven't seen any clothing or accessories so far in the Antique guides, mostly the trays and other paraphernalia. I will keep my eyes open though. I do believe there is a collector for everything. I did notice that value has gone up in recent years so hey you got a good thing going for you.

Very, very cool Scarf. I'm sure it has value to some coke fan. Or even a 50s Rock 'N Roll Collector.

Have fun

Hi There :)

YES,  there definitely IS a market for your scarf!

Scarf collectors, coca-cola collectors and 1950's fashion collectors will adore it.

What fabric is it?

Are the edges machine hemmed or hand rolled?

It's cute!!!

Thank you all.

It feels like 100% silk and also hand rolled. Had a tag once upon a time but it is most all gone.
