Claire Haddad is my favorite vintage lingerie designer of all time.
She is now 87 years old, still positively breathtaking and driving her own car down the busy streets of Toronto, Ontario looking like a celebrity...way to go Claire!
I had an email conversation with Claire Haddads granddaughter after finding the following link http://clairehaddad.wordpress.com/ and the two vintage Claire Haddad peignoirs in my Ruby Lane shop have been added to their page.

With so very little to be found regarding Claire Haddad and her vintage lingerie designs, it would be so nice to have more information and pictures to view.
Claire Haddad was not some back alley designer....she is a major award winning creator who designed for the elite, including Liz Taylor. Her designs are nothing short of stunning and it would be so very wonderful for her to hear from her fans.

Fabulous. I love finding about designers and research. I also love vintage lingerie and collect it.
I got even remotely interested in vintage clothing because I found a hat by an Adele Claire from New York. Still after years trying to find out more about her.
