I don't think that's really about collectible jewelry - I think it's one of those sites that's designed to draw clicks to generate income for the site owners.   Most of the time when I run into one of those it's linked to a list of Ebay listings for the kind of item being searched for - presents itself as an informational site for collectors, but the information given is usually pretty basic and sketchy, as here.  

Just my opinion - I didn't really see much there that would be at all useful.
