Hi Brenda,
Ohhh laces...i must to say that we have a big feeling in commun.
I have many laces that i don't know from were exacly they came from. I buy most of my laces in Switzerland where i live but it doesn't mean they were made here. I may have something from Ireland?
I am so dedicated to them, when i buy my laces i can't wait to wash them (by hand), i usuly live them a few hours in hotwater and soap, changing the water every each hour untill they are ivory. Such a pleasure. :)
I'd love to see a few of your laces and show you a few of mine, so we could share names, styles, procedence and maybe make swap with pieces that we have in abundance. Did i say abundance ?
I am looking for to hear from you Brenda.
Hi Deb,
I would love to see your laces too ! Do you collect or work with them ?
I do not have photos but i will take some over the weekend to share in the group.
Hope to see you soon with your laces.
