Where Vintage Never Gets Old...

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug

You mix the ingredients in a mug, pop in a microwave and zap it for
about 3 minutes and voila!. A cute little chocolate cake ready to
enjoy.

I copied this from an old thread and I think someone actually did use Splenda. There is also another new sugar alternative called Truvia. which is made from the Stevia plant. Not sure if it bakes well though.

I am printing this out for the next time I have a desperate need for chocolate cake. That way it's ok if I eat the whole thing! Does anyone know if I can subsitute splenda for the sugar? I'm not a cook but I'm handy with the microwave so this is perfect for me.
