In the 1950's Lang Craft produced a line of Toy Model Boats and Toy Motor Engines. Although this boat is not marked, we believe it is a 1950's Lang Craft Cabin Cruiser with 2 Lang Craft Toy Motors in very good condition. The motors are original to the boat and they are marked Lang Craft. It has the expected paint scuffs that come with use and it's age.

Comment by Live Oak Antiques on September 4, 2012 at 3:40pm I know what you're saying! When my mother in law passed, we found so many things we had no idea she had and my husband hadn't seen in years. We found boxes of things she had bought antiquing and just put away, not to mention the my husband's old toys. LOL!
Comment by Eau Pleine Vintage on September 4, 2012 at 2:50pm So did mine! I sold two 1950's toy boats that my husband also had. Only the motors were gone. Seems Mom hid the motors so the kids wouldn't run the boats all the time! Unfortunately, she hid them so good we couldn't find them!! They sure did bring back the memories for my husband! This one is in great condition! :-)

Comment by Live Oak Antiques on September 4, 2012 at 2:38pm Thank you, it was my husband's as a child. I have all sorts of old toys from the 50's. My mother in law kept everything.
