Hand Painted Limoges Porcelain Box Hinged First Hair Cut Tooth Fairy Moon

Hand painted Limoges porcelain box is hinged and features a visiting tooth fairy and smiling moon on robin's egg blue ground. The box is round with two bands of brass decoration and a face of the sun clasp. The bottom is hand marked Peint Main, which translates to hand-painted and Limoges France green mark. It measures 2 inches across the top by 1 inch tall. The condition is very good with no damage and the box opens and closes well.

A wonderful for baby gift for first lock of hair or first tooth.
