Vintage Wood Textile Bobbin 5"

A vintage wood or treen bobbin, spool or spindle. It is 5 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. It has wear signs. Research indicates this is either American or English and perhaps from the early 1900's. Bobbins/spools like this are now used for home decor and can be used as candle holders.
