Hi All,
I own and run B & C Emporium original and reproduction hardware and supplies, and Antiques, we have 1000's of pieces of original furniture hardware as well as architectural (home) hardware, I have a B & M store in Allegan, Michigan, as well as a web site http://www.b-c-e.biz which only shows part of the collection of original stuff. along with chair seating, lamp & trunk parts, & polishes and cleaners.

I also have a Bonanzle booth http://www.bonanzle.com/booths/BandCEmporium

and a Etsy shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/BandCEmporium

as well as a Artfire shop http://www.artfire.com/users/specialedmichigan

AS well as still do the Allegan Antique show the last sunday of the month April thru Sept.

I have not been buying to many antiques over the last decade mainly concentrating on the hardware side of the business, but I am back at it buying anything between the early 1800's ( tho I bought a great 1760-80's chair last year and owned it about 30 minuets) to the 1960's retro, fire king, Blue Ridge, Pyrex, lighting, Kitchen, jewelry, as always Tools of all kinds.

I also do rustic log furniture and oak and other woods furniture also, along with carving, that web site is http://www.woodlandtradingcompany.com and I also belong to my local historical society and we have a historical village, I run the wood working shop with my collection of original antique woodworking tools, I also demo chair caning and rushing. I have been in the antique business for about 40 years, starting out in bottles and worked up, and still having fun.

Craig

Hi, Craig! Thanks for the invitation to be friends:) I see that you do woodworking and are involved with your historical society. We live in the historic district in the village of Chadds Ford, PA, not far from Philadelphia. My husband builds furniture for a company in Aston, PA, and enjoys making his own pieces as well. He is always on the hunt for antique tools for his own pieces as he prefers to craft the traditional 18th c. way--at his request, I'm trying to find him a puffy white shirt and breeches to wear whilst he's working;)... And a very belated happy birthday to you, as well! Cheers,

Mary
