"These are gold vermeil over 900 spun silver. Normally there is not a gold content mark for the gold vermeil. I would say these are from the 1930's and 15ct was abandoned in 32 I believe, but never used in Italy. Couldn't see the hallmarks…"

"...I would probably word the listing 900 Silver with 15kt Gold Overlay and explain in the listing what I mentioned above...if you use the word Vermeil...people may assume that it's sterling."

"Hi Lisa, The 900 is a silver mark....900 parts versus 925 (for sterling), 900 silver was known as coin silver and commonly used around the turn of the century and earlier. The 15ct is the gold marking...making the cameos "silver…"
