How to tell Feedsack Material from regular Material

I have found in my collection several solid colors that have holes on sides. It is strong material but will stretch. I see all the pictures of feedsack material but it looks like regular cotton to me.

I have several different kinds of what I believe is polyester. Some is soft and silky, some is thick with prints and stretches both ways. SOme only stretches one way but does not bouce back.
