Playing by invisible rules smart or foolish?

Tonight I had a very aggressive buyer write to ALLOW me to give her a Red Tag item to her now. When I responded as nicely as I could items are at there stated prices before and after the sale and I hoped she would be able to grab what she was after Saturday, she wrote back saying OTHER shops are doing it and she was ready to buy so lets go already (paraphrasing but really not by much).Unlike some of you I have not done well in these red tags.
