I have no idea the age or maker just know I love it!!! I purchased it at a garage sale for under $1.

"Sorry, I can't give you much help.  I agree lots of embroidery done in the 70's It reminds me of a "hippy" top I had about that time.  I am dating myself again LOL  Your pictures are well done and it sure is unique."
