Just read your blog about selling on Ruby Lane and you gave some great advice!  I am going to give it a try.  I did one video on which is on You Tube, but it's my first using this camera  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LpboG4aRGWY

so keep that in mind.

My name is Rachel and my shop is Uchizono Gallery on Ruby Lane.

I love being a shop keeper on Ruby Lane.  The more you put into your store the more you get back!

JEWELRY by ALL AMERICAN DESIGNER, JABEL

Posted on September 13, 2011 at 1:29pm 0 Comments

My first encounter with jewelry by the JABEL company was a lucky find. I had never heard of Jabel. I purchased this particularly gorgeous ring that I found on eBay because I like art deco design and this one was especially stunning. The seller's description was pretty skimpy and she made no mention of who the designer was. I hope it encourages and motivates those who might be feeling down or worried about selling online:

A couple of years back, an interesting discussion sprung up within our costume jewelry group. The conversation started when a seller was upset with a buyer who had expressed disappointment over a piece of vintage jewelry she'd purchased as a gift for someone else. The buyer's complaint was that the brooch appeared somewhat dingy, not shiny enough to give as a gift. The frustrated seller tried to explain that vintage jewelry is, after all, previously worn, and being costume jewelry, is…

GORGEOUS GEMSTONE RINGS with the "It" factor at DIVINE FINDS, RUBY LANE

Posted on July 22, 2011 at 1:30pm 0 Comments

There's no denying it: the one item of jewelry that women want or search for the most is rings! I only have to look at what they add to their "wish lists" for our DIVINE FINDS SHOP at RUBY LANE daily, and you can count on it: there'll be one or more rings added every day. It doesn't matter how many gorgeous necklaces, bracelets or pins we offer: our rings have the "it" factor ie. "I want…
