Since I am not a large vintage seller I mostly intend to use this blog as a valuable resource for vintage sellers and collectors alike, using my knowledge of 28 years of collecting and researching vintage clothing and furs, one that I can edit and add to on my own at will (I hope I… Continue

It seems she and her personal jeweler had a deal.... She keeps them alive and they figure out new and convenient ways to knock off her enemies with none being the wiser...And at the… Continue

I couldn’t sleep at all last night. Ideas were racing through my head. This antique bronze from an old light fixture has been calling out to me. It just wants to be a canopy over a little girl’s bed. I think Mother's Day is a great time to be thinking of some of the things I love. One of my passions is vintage as you all know. Here are some of vintage treasures I found in Etsy shops this week.........Read more at the VintageLove blog.
See my blog for the latest pictures of Empress Jade Vintage's two newest models. http://empressjadevintage.blogspot.com/
I think they're both fabulous, but it's good to get some unbiased feedback.
I updated my blog this morning with pictures of my Vintage Pyrex collection. Vintage Pyrex cost very little, is still easy to find and has the durability to last a life time. It really is timeless...
I'm continuing my search for creative ways to deal with and find vintage clothing that fits large or plus size. I know I have searched through the years for something to fit and have had to use my sense of humor and a little creative sewing. I'm writing an article about this and need some feedback. I will gladly post whatever information or suggestions I find so all can benefit.
So my question is - How do you dress in vintage when you feel like everything you find is small…Continue

There is just something about the ticking of a wind up alarm clock that brings me back to my Grandma's house in my younger years.
My parents would put us down to have a nap in Grandma and Grandpa's room. Being a hyperactive child, I did not do naps. The only comforting sounds was the tick tock of the clock on the bedside table as the other children napped.
Here are three of the clocks that are part of my collection.............
