Hello to all my like-minded friends! My first day as a full member. I hope you have patience with me while I learn the ropes.
Although I am fairly new to blogging or selling in a virtual store, I have been a "treasure seeker" for almost 30 years. Starting my hobby in Sonora, California -on Hiway 49 no less- I learned the secrets of the hills through many a garage sale and flea market.
No one is more passionate to bringing lost treasures-vintage or mid-century small collectibles- from the past to a prominent place or victory status than I am. Through the years, I have repeatedly returned to my passion of treasure seeker of vintage collectibles: "lost art". For me, "lost art" is the forgotten art glass of the 40s, the lonesome dinnerware of the 50s, and the tucked away family photos of days gone by....
Every piece of vintage I uncover or re-discover has it's own story, if it could talk. My job is to place the forgotten pieces, the orphaned pieces, in the most prestigious and prominent status within a collector's curio cabinet.
Stay tuned to my blogs--or join me! Thank you to all my new friends for listening! Remember to have patience with me as I learn this blogging thing. It's the new stuff I can't figure out----I've got the vintage angle under control!! Can anyone relate? lol
