Thanks so much for adding me as a friend! I am really trying to get my little business up and going. You mentioned you loved hats. Boy do I have a couple of vintage beauties! Because I already work a full-time and part-time job, and live in a small space, organization has been a real whopper of a problem! I currently sell through Ebay, but the fees are eating me alive! Any tips would be so welcomed! Susan Louise - SouthernStuffandMore
I clicked on the links to the two boards; there were buttons to "follow", so I clicked each of those buttons. I never saw anything that looked like an invite, so I assumed "follow" was what I should choose. On RL when I want to pin something, I do not get the pins & picks board, or the red tag board. What am I doing wrong? Thank you... Linda
Hi Carol, I saw your post on the RL board about the pins and pics page at pinterest. I thought it was me or my computer when I tried to pin some things earlier this week. I couldn't find the page. Could you please add me back if possible. I am Fortune Gallery of Vintage Collectibles and Linda Brand.
By the way, I read all the grumbles & complaints from folks about RL. I have only been with RL for almost a year and it was slow at first. The past three months were good for me and I am very happy with sales and business. This economy is the main problem, not Google Shopping. :) I know a lot of people who have lost jobs, dealing with financial problems, etc. Hopefully, the ruby tag sale will make some people happy again. :)
Thank you for your welcome into this unique circle of friends. I am very new to this but appreciate all the guidance and info I need for my pieces and also how to sell them.
Thanks Carol. We've been tied up with shows lately but have watched the discussions from time to time and are looking forward to getting to know everyone. Liz
Thank you for your friendship.I'm new here and still learning the site but i love it.I collect antiques and just about everything.Vinyl records are my passion, the old 78's.I also love vintage clothes and the hat's.Right now i'm learning to do my hair in a (Gibson Girl). Again thank you so much.
Hi, Carol, thank you for the greetings. I'm really glad from my CS experience that you're here !! Actually I tried to get into this several months ago, but found it rather confusing so started but did not pursue. Dexter reminded me and so I did . I am one of the ones who misses the forums that Ruby Lane used to provide and while I understand why they did away with them, I still missed the shop owner-shop owner camaraderie and collaboration and the ideas that could arise.
